Join me on Wednesdays in May for 4 weeks of yoga and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) from the 8th - 30th May.
Arrive from 7pm and grab a herbal tea foraged from the farm and settle in for a nourishing movement and meditation practice suitable for every body at 715pm.
I love growing things, especially community so the 1st May of will be an extended session with tea, seasonal snacks and cosy fireside chats. It's time to ignite the Summer fire!
